First adjustment, same day
If you’re a candidate for care, your first gentle adjustment happens at the same visit — matched to the technique you’re most comfortable with.

Every fourth visit we re-measure. You see the same chart we do, so continuing care is a decision made with evidence.
Discharge, not dependency
Once you hit your targets, we discharge you. Optional tune-up visits after that are entirely your call.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
Most patients describe it as pressure followed by relief, not pain. We also offer low-force instrument and drop-table techniques for patients who prefer no manual adjusting at all — tell us your preference and we’ll match the technique to you.
How many visits will I actually need?
Our completed active-care plans average 9.2 visits. After your exam you get a written plan with a visit count, re-exam dates, and total cost before care begins. If your numbers improve faster, you graduate sooner — we discharge patients, we don’t enroll them.
Do you sell long-term prepaid care packages?
No. We don’t sell 40- or 60-visit prepaid contracts, ever. Active care runs to a written discharge target; after that, optional monthly tune-up visits are pay-as-you-go and cancellable any time.
